Custom business software
Custom business software, built around how you work
When the business runs on spreadsheets, paper books and WhatsApp threads, or on an off-the-shelf package you have bent out of shape, I build one system shaped around how the operation actually runs. You deal with me from the first call to launch, and the code is yours.
When it is worth building
- The same details are typed into two or three places by hand
- The real state of the business lives in one spreadsheet, or one person’s head
- You pay for several subscriptions and still work around all of them
- Off-the-shelf software assumes a process your industry does not follow
What I build
- Operations systems: jobs, trips or orders, and the paperwork they produce
- Invoicing, accounts, payroll and reporting
- Fleet, inventory and job tracking, with alerts for the dates that matter
- Several companies and languages in one system
- Client portals and internal dashboards, with access set by role
- Connections to email, WhatsApp, payment gateways and other APIs
Built to be relied on
- Data backed up automatically, with a restore that has actually been tested
- Works offline where the job cannot wait for a connection
- Sensitive data encrypted, and access limited to the people who need it
- Code, accounts and data in your name from launch day
- Built so it can grow, including into a product you license to others
Work that shows it
- Jasim Shah Cargo — Transport ERP →Trips, fleet, customers and billing for a Dubai transport company, moved off books and spreadsheets into one system. It now installs and updates as a product and is used by other operators.
- Frameo — AI video studio →My own product. A job queue that survives crashes: every job was recovered and finished after a simulated failure.
When you should buy instead
If a well-known package already fits the way you work, buy it. It will be cheaper and faster. Custom software earns its cost when the fit is poor, when the workarounds cost hours every week, or when the system itself is part of what sets you apart. On the free first call I'll tell you honestly which side you are on.

Questions
- How long does it take?
- It is delivered in phases. The first working release lands in weeks, and each phase after it is scoped and agreed in writing before it starts.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on what the system has to do, so I do not publish a price. After the first call you get a written scope that sets out the cost and the deadlines before any work starts.
- Who owns the software?
- You do. The code, the domain and the accounts are in your name on launch day. Stay because it works, not because you are locked in.
- Will I see it before it is finished?
- Yes. You get a live preview link from the first week, and updates every 24 to 48 hours.
- Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
- Yes. I am based in Islamabad and work with clients anywhere. The transport ERP was built for a company in Dubai.
